Fanart — I am most familiar with D&D and FFXIV, but any character is fine if sufficient visual references are available.

New character designs — Please note that there will be an additional fee for any characters without existing full visual references.

Credit me by linking to the relevant social media if you repost the artwork on one of the following platforms: Twitter (@morearson), Instagram (@svensationalist), or Tumblr (@svensationalist). If reposting elsewhere, please link to at least one of the above accounts.

Send me prompt payment through PayPal after I send you an invoice. It is your responsibility to communicate any payment issues; after a week, unpaid invoices will result in a cancelled commission and your slot will be given to someone else.

Use the commission for personal use only, e.g. you will not put the artwork on merch and then sell it, resell it to somebody else claiming that it’s your own work, put it in monetized content without my knowledge, etc.

Keep the piece unedited unless you have my written permission. Cropping is fine, but please include credit somewhere when reposting if my signature is removed in the process.

Send you all completed artwork via email. Commissions are only digital files at this time, including a high resolution file (for private use) and a smaller resized file (for posting on social media).

Only send an invoice (and collect payment) when I am ready to begin your commission request.

Finish your commission within two weeks of receiving your payment, unless a longer work period is mutually arranged beforehand. Any potential delays / issues will be communicated to you by email and/or your social media.

Use your personal information only for communication, collecting payment, and keeping track of who commissioned me.

Refund your payment if I can no longer complete your commission request. You will receive a full refund if I have not started on your piece, or a partial refund depending on my progress + the incomplete work.

One waist-up pose and two headshots and/or busts; lineart with background colour of your choice

Request up to three expressions (if nothing is requested, I will draw based on your provided character descriptions)

One character per slot; please submit separate forms per character

Additional Fees — character complexity (up to $10), new character design ($5), fast turnaround (custom quote)

One full body and two outfits; lineart and colour

Frontal pose based off your description of the character's personality

Sketch Approval Process — rough sketches for potential pose and outfits → finalized sketches and colour tests → no major edits to design once lineart is started without incurring additional fees

Additional Fees — character complexity (up to $50), new character design (up to $50), additional expressions and/or hair ($10 each), 1-2 additional outfits ($50 each), props / weapons (up to $50 each), additional major edits (up to $100), fast turnaround (custom quote); there are no additional fees for mobility aids

Partial Payment — 50% paid upfront; remainder paid after sketch approval / before lineart and colouring

Required — At least one image that corresponds with your commission type, e.g. headshot commission would have a clear picture of the character's face, a coloured full-body commission would have a clear colour full-body picture, etc.

If you do not have an existing visual reference (i.e. you want me to design a new character from scratch), please provide inspiration images so I have a better idea of what you want your character to look like.

If using screenshots from a video game (e.g. FFXIV), please make sure that your character is well-lit and in neutral lighting. This will ensure that the colours in your commission will be accurate.

Not required, but extra helpful — I love drawing character faces, so having a closeup of a character's head will help a lot! Multiple angles when possible are also very useful. Because FFXIV gear is highly detailed, listing what items you used will give me a chance to search for more references.
